I got great help from sales manager Tom G. today. When I walked in I explained what I needed help with and that it did not involve purchasing a car and Tom was more than willing to give me a hand even though it was a very busy time. It's easy to give good customer service when there's money involved so kudos to Tom for the great customer service.

As a first time buyer, I was extremely hesitant and unsure of what to expect from a such a large purchase. Enrique made the entire sales process extremely smooth from showing me the inventory of what they had for the car I was looking for, to the test drive, and even the paper work and financing. All my questions were answered with understandable detail that I value as a consumer and I never once felt pressured into anything. I was very much satisfied with his service, he never forced us to purchase at any point of the sale. He was polite and patient in answering all our queries though we took almost a month to decide and close the deal. I highly recommend this dealership and Sydney Moore.
