Very high end place, we didn't exactly buy the most expensive vehicle there but they still treated us well. Free Starbucks. James was my sales rep, he was absolutely great (and drives a manual) and I had a fun and informative buying experience, car was detailed very well, clean. He had a high end customer on the lot but took the time to finish things with me, good rapport and no rushing me out the door. My purchaseing experience with Tommy B was amazing. I felt I was making very informed decisons while buying my vehicle as he was explaining everything wonderfully. He was also friendly and I felt no pressure to take a vehicle home. My reason for only four stars has nothing to do with Tommy as he was fantastic, but the Dealer App Motor Werks Perks, which I was planning on using to schedule maintenance and washes is not available for my device. I walked in wanting to test drive a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid and ended up leaving out the door with one! Bought a used 2016 Subaru Legacy from here. Very professional and friendly staff. Took it for two test drives - one just me and the salesmen - one with the 3rd party mechanic I brought with. Ultimately I liked the car and decided to pay cash right there. Unfortunately I realized I forgot to bring my checkbook and had no way to pay that day. They said no problem. The dealership as a whole is huge so help from an employee is a must. Initially I was left to fend for myself and the first salesman was less than helpful. Luckily, I was contacted by Kacper, who works with MotorWerks Honda and it was absolutely the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Promote him! Mr. Paul Shamoun is always straightforward with me regarding any service for my 2023 CR-V. The technicians provide video clips of any issues or anything that may need to be addressed very soon. The customer waiting area is clean and spacious.

I currently have a lease on an HRV and the lease agreement stipulates that oil changes, tire rotations and the like are covered under the lease agreement. I bought a new 2025 X5. Our sales guy was great and a manager found a vehicle that worked for us. However, the manager failed to disclose some pertinent information and later spoke quite disrespectfully and unprofessionally to me. The dealership missed two nicks in the paint, a scratch and two marks on the hood when they did their inspection, so I wasn’t able to take the car home the day I purchased it since I had to leave it for the repairs. Not sure how a brand new car with 7 miles had so many defects.
