Tom greeted us as we entered the establishment. We did not have appointments made prior that day but gladly Tom took care of us and was very helpful in giving us detailed informations of the car we wanted. Excellent service experience. Used the pickup and dropoff feature and everything went smooth. They checked out my car, did a small repair for free, and did a recall update. Communication was perfect throughout. I really like that they sent me a video of the inspection and described how they fixed my issue.
