I had a manager call and say he was sorry so I gave it another. Try this time was even worse car got picked up for an oil change at 9:30. I finally had to call at like 415 and find out what the deal was with my car the advisor for my vehicle explained it was only his second day and what’s funny is the last time I was there same thing happened. It took all day to get an oil change tire rotation, and the same thing. The guy said sorry I just started here. Seems like the turnover there is quite frequent. Maybe that’s why they have terrible service. Anyways, to have my car gone for over eight hours is insane for an oil change and a tire rotation. It took all day to get an oil change tire rotation, and the same thing. The guy said sorry I just started here. Seems like the turnover there is quite frequent. Maybe that’s why they have terrible service. Anyways, to have my car gone for over eight hours is insane for an oil change and a tire rotation. I wanted them to check the AC and they didn’t even get it that terrible communication at this place and terrible service. I had a great experience working with Dakota Anzelmo, Client Advisor, and Rad Arsic, Sales Manager, last week at Motor Werks Honda. It was the final day of a special financing promotion on a HondaTrue Certified vehicle, so it was important to make sure I was choosing the right car and complete the purchase before the dealership closed. Needless to say, we were the last customers to leave that evening. Dakota made the process of purchasing my 2024 Honda CR‑V EX easy from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patiently answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. One aspect of the experience that I especially appreciated was Motor Werks' "One Contact" approach. It was great working with Dakota as my single point of contact, staying with me throughout the entire transaction—from vehicle inspection and test drive to trade-in coordination, financing, and final paperwork. The process was seamless and avoided the multiple handoffs that are common at most dealerships.
